After a life-changing trauma accident, Scott dedicated his life to empowering others to rebuild theirs. With over 30 years of experience in business strategy, facilities management, emergency response, health & safety compliance, and mentoring, Scott has a proven track record of helping individuals and businesses overcome adversity and achieve their goals. Now Scott is writing his first book "There is Light at the End of the Tunnel" a life guide to overcoming adversity, working with charities, and establishing the Scott Dwyer Foundation - An Aftercare Trauma Foundation helping others in their time of need.

Scott delivers powerful talks on overcoming adversity, resilience, grief, divorce, and rebuilding life after trauma. His lived experience inspires individuals and organisations alike. The Ditch: Divorce Academy

A supportive programme for those navigating break-ups, separation, and divorce. A safe community and toolkit designed to help individuals reclaim their identity and move forward. This will be made up from online Zoom Support Meetings, Workshops and Retreats, that harness getting through the challenging moments of the Breakup, Separation, and Divorce Process. Scott is partnered with a Solicitors Practice that supports the legal aspect within the programme.

Ladder Sure

A new safety product born from personal experience. Designed to prevent accidents and improve ladder safety globally. We are looking for a Co-Founder to work with Scott and investors to develop this concept to save lives, and lead to the Scott Dwyer Foundation (An Aftercare Trauma Foundation). Latest figures from the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) show that 35 people lost their lives at work due to a fall from height in 2025.
