Powered by Purposes - Is Scott Dwyer's Motivational Speaking offering - talking to Business Owners and Audiences across the World, in order for them to be able to face adversity. His signature programme, "The Ditch" Divorce Academy, is to support those going through Divorce. Ladder Sure was born as a safety product following his accident and leading to the Scott Dwyer Foundation (An Aftercare Trauma Foundation). Scott is "Powered by his Purposes" and driven to help others.

Re-building his life after a Major trauma accident, Scott Dwyer is a business strategist with over 30 years’ experience in FM, Emergency Response, H&S compliance, mentoring in achieving growth and regulatory excellence. He has lived a lifetime of extreme highs and lows, with loss of close family members, a Divorce, and more recently the trauma. Scott is SO driven to his mission, to support others suffering, and to serve the charities he chooses to work with. Now living a life based on his core values and being the best version of himself by improving 1% each day.

Magpas Air Ambulance flew to Scott's aid three years ago. Dr. Jon Townsend and Shaunna Truskinger, Critical Care Paramedic (pictured on the right) sedated and operated at the scene, which saved his life.
